It is with great delight that Sarawak Research Society (SRS), a registered and scholarly body based in Sarawak of Malaysia, invites you to join the International Symposium on Applied Structural Equation Modeling on 10-14 October 2017 at Hilton Kuching in Sarawak Malaysia. In addition to paper presentation, the symposium includes another two events: a pre-symposium and a post-symposium seminar. Registration packages and details are available on the website at https://sarawakresearchsociety.org/. The symposium, workshop and seminar are all HRDF claimable for registered Malaysian employers. We are grateful that Prof Marko Sarstedt, a prominent marketing and SEM expert from Germany, and Prof Peter Seddon, an experienced and renowned expert in computing and information system from Australia, have agreed to join the symposium and deliver their keynote speeches. Prof Marko will also conduct the pre-symposium workshop on PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3 while Prof T. Ramayah will provide the seminar talk on publication in high impact indexed journals after the symposium. We would strongly encourage academicians and researchers who are keen to learn and keep abreast with current advances in statistical analysis, methodological development, and theoretical stance and implications, to join the symposium. Opportunities for publication and to work with these two experts will be made known. While the symposium itself can accommodate 100 participants, the pre-symposium workshop would limit the number of participants to 30, and post-symposium seminar to 50 participants (open to non-SEM users).
